Reservation Details

Space: The upstairs will be reserved exclusively for your party.  Please note that this reservation pertains only to the upstairs and does not include the entire bar. Parties are limited to a maximum of 20 guests.   If you are interested in booking the entire bar, please contact us at: justin@sweeneystavern.com

 

Deposit: To secure your reservation, a $20 booking fee is required.  We kindly ask that your party meets a minimum drink purchase of $200 on weekdays and $300 on weekends.

Drinks & Payment: We can provide either a single check or separate tabs for your guests. Additionally, we can arrange for drink tickets or wristbands if desired.

​

Decorations: You are welcome to bring decorations; however, please note that balloons and confetti are not permitted. Only masking tape may be used for affixing items.

​

Food: While we do not offer food service, you are welcome to bring your own provisions. We highly recommend, Yellow Brick Pizza or Milo's Deli, for delicious options. For more information, you can contact them at: Yellow Brick Pizza, Milo's Deli

Leave No Trace: We ask that you leave the space exactly as you found it. Clean, tidy, and ready for the next celebration. Anything you bring in, including food, decorations, or supplies, should be taken out when your event wraps up. Thanks for helping us keep Sweeney’s welcoming for everyone.

Responsibility for Damages: We kindly ask that all guests treat the space with care. Any damages caused during your event will be the responsibility of the booking party.

Party Cancellation Policy: Booking fees are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before your party. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as we’ve already begun preparing to celebrate with you.
